If a trailer is needed, it is necessary to inquire about the accurate trailer address, cargo weight, and packing time. PS: The shipper, product name, and HS code that some shipping companies need to prepare for booking cannot be changed, otherwise fees will be incurred.
② Dangerous Goods: MSDS, Identification Results of Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging Use, Performance Inspection Results of Dangerous Goods Packaging, Technical Instructions for Dangerous Goods (collectively referred to as "Two Certificates and One Book")
③ General chemical products: MSDS and transportation condition identification certificate, non hazardous material guarantee letter, product name HScode、 gross weight
④ Oversized cargo: cargo size and photo 2 Booking - Operation
(Some product names require a letter of guarantee for review, such as chemical products+machinery+vehicles+seeds, etc.)
2. Confirm booking with the shipping company
Our company arranges booking based on the customer's booking instructions
3. Release the cabin number S/O to the customer
The S/O has clear information such as bill of lading number, container type and quantity, vessel name and voyage, loading port, unloading port, cut-off time, and customs clearance time.
4. Customers arrange back packing or delivery according to S/O time
Backloading refers to the customer arranging a trailer to transport the container from the station or dock to the factory for loading;
Delivery refers to customers delivering goods directly to the station or dock.
5. Cut off the order
The deadline for the bill of lading data requires the customer to confirm all the information on the bill of lading before this time.
6. Record the manifest VGM、 Customs declaration and insurance
Our company provides one-stop services (trailer, warehouse, reinforcement, manifest, VGM, customs clearance, insurance, etc.)
7. Sailing
After all data is submitted and matched, the goods are returned to the station or dock, and wait for customs and dock clearance before waiting for the ship to depart.
8. Issue bills, issue invoices, and receive payments
After the ship departs, confirm the bill, issue an invoice, and wait for the customer to make payment.
9. Place orders according to customer instructions
